Aubergine Side Dish Makes the Egg plant taste great
The Aubergine or Egg plant is not an easy to use vegetable, however it is one I enjoy to eat especially when I have made the great tasting side dish below. As with most korean side dishes this can be stored in the fridge cold, and served alongside a main dish when required. The ingredients I have used are: 1 aubergine 4 tablespoon of Soy sauce 1/2 tablespoon of sugar 1 teaspoon of sesame oil 1/2 clove of crushed garlicSesame seeds
To begin cut the aubergine into nice thin strips about 5mm thick, and fry in a pan, until tender. Add 4 tablespoons of Soy sauce, the sugar, garlic and sesame oil. Give a quick fry again. Once cooked put in a container for storage and pop in the fridge until required, it can be served hot or cold and when served sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
