what would you use hot pepper paste for?


Luna: I would use hot pepper paste for flavouring meats and rice dishes. It will make the dishes hot and spicy.

Good Examples are
Jeyuk Bokkeum
and Bibimbap

You can also experiment adding say a tablespoon to dishes like a spaghetti bolognese
